• Two storey school building, total floor area is 8,346m²
• Building consists of classrooms, 25 x 15 meter assembly hall with stage and stage lighting, 28 x 18 sports hall with equipment room, 10x8 fitness suite, 2 male and 2 female changing facilities and kitchen and dining area.
• Electrical installations included: Sub mains distribution, lighting, power and mechanical wiring, IT wiring, public address, disabled call systems, deaf loop and TV network, fire alarm, CCTV, intruder access control, intercom system
• Number of late instructions on the project, instructions were priced and time implications identified. The budget and programme were adjusted to suit and the contract was successfully delivered to the client's satisfaction.
