• Installation of the mechanical services into recently modernized University of Ulster Belfast Campus building.
• Building developed for the training of students in tourism and leisure sector of employment.
• Mechanical Services included; fresh Air Ventilation, distribution ductwork, extract ventilation, heating to all areas, domestic water heating, boosted cold water supplies to equipment, drainage works, new natural gas supplies, provision of a new Building Energy Management System (BEMS).
• Project completed within client's budget and in time for all students returning after summer break.
