- Replace the existing boiler, hot water plant and controls
- Complex was occupied so minimum disruption to staff and occupants.
- Mechanical installations included; removal of existing boiler and plant, relining of existing chimney, replacement of existing hot water cylinders with new plate heat exchanger and buffer vessel, upgrade of the existing BMS Heating and hot water controls system, installation of new natural gas supplies including gas detection system and electrical wiring, all builders work including alterations to the existing chimney.
