• Design, install and commission the complete services package to the retail unit fit out.
• We designed ventilation, heating / cooling, drainage ,rain water, sanitary fit out together with Lighting , General power, Sound systems , fire alarm , burglar alarm and IT facilities.
• Prepared co-rdinated drawings from our design drawings and installed the services into the new shell retail unit.
• Fully tested and commissioned the installed services within the time frame and budget to the satisfaction of the end user.
• Continue to carry out maintenance in unit as necessary.
