- Large multi floor extension was added to rear of building.
- Large section of the entire building was to be used as a museum and interpretive centre a comprehensive electrical installation of the highest quality standards was required
- Installation of new main switchboard, provision of general and emergency lighting system, fire alarm system complete with voice evacuation, security systems ie intruder alarm, electrical services to mechanical plant and associated equipment and installation of aerial distribution system and CCTV.
