• Fit-out of existing three storey building to provide open plan Office Accommodation, Catering and Fitness Suite facilities for approximately 500 staff of CPD
• Implemented several renewable practices on this project
• Mechanical Services included; fresh Air Ventilation, distribution ductwork, ceiling mounted grilles, extract ventilation, heating to all areas, domestic water heating, boosted cold water supplies to equipment, drainage works, new natural gas supplies, new Building Energy Management System (BEMS).
• Electrical Installations included: main switchboard, sub-mains cabling, lighting and general power, IT wiring, telephone wiring. The provision of fire and security systems ie. Fire alarm, CCTV, intruder system and deaf alerter.
