- Alongside new sorting facilities there is staff facilities and meeting space to allow groups to visit the centre and learn more about recycling.
- Mechanical services provided include: installation of external services, plumbing, heating, heat recovery system, insulation, ventilation, power wash System, fuel storage and Management system, BMS control, sanitary ware, soils & wastes
- Electrical Services provided include; Electrical Installation, main distribution and switchgear, lighting and emergency lighting, general power, electrical works associated with mechanical services. The following systems were installed; fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control.
