• Building designed with anti ligature parameters due to nature of residents.
• Full audio visual systems with automated controls in all of the main conference rooms. Teaching areas also have interactive white boards and over head projector facilities.
• Electrical services included: main LV switchboard, sub mains cabling and distribution boards lighting and emergency lighting, general power, fire alarm, PA system, security systems consisting of CCTV, door access and intruder alarms, IT cabling network, TV cabling network, power and control cabling for mechanical systems such as sprinklers, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
