• Replace the existing boiler and hot water plant.
• Works carried out while school was operational.
• Constructed container units off site to cause minimal disruption
• Mechanical installation includes: Removal and replacement of the existing boiler house and plant including all existing oil storage, heating controls, new natural gas supplies including gas safety systems, existing hot water cylinders with gas fired water heaters in each block which required making existing hot water system unvented and all builders work including building new foundation bases for the containers.
