• Highly serviced building which required a high degree of services, co-ordination and careful planning.
• Electrical services included; installation of an 11kV/400V transformer, 800kV generator, main and sub main switchboards, distribution boards, lighting and lighting controls, general power and mechanical wiring, IT and telephone wiring, fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarms, door access, panic attack system and intercom, boom barriers and lighting protection.
