Blackbourne have successfully secured a place on a Framework Agreement for the provision of Electrical and Mechanical Reactive maintenance and project works to Lisburn and Castlereagh Council facilities.

The scope of works will include plumbing, heating, cooling and ventilation systems, as well as work on electrical systems within approximately 70 operational Council owned properties ranging from leisure complexes and community centres to office buildings and recycling facilities.

Contractors will be invited to take part in a mini-competition process for larger complex projects or projects that exceed £3K.

Keith Murray, Contracts Manager at Blackbourne, said: “We are thrilled to have secured a place on the framework. It demonstrates confidence in our ability and experience to deliver successful projects in line with the Council’s requirements.”
