MEA Council has selected Blackbourne to provide maintenance and repairs for two contracts across their commercial properties. The first incorporates heating, boilers and associated plant and pipework whilst the other contract covers plumbing services and hot and cold-water systems.
Blackbourne will be responsible for planned maintenance, reactive repairs and minor upgrade projects with a value of up to £30,000 on any one job.
There are over 100 sites consisting of of leisure centres, town halls, office buildings and community centres.

The final award decision was made not just on price, but also on the quality of the service, experience of team and the support we will provide.”
Both contracts commenced on the 1st May 2019 and will run until April 2021 with the option to extend for a further two years.
